An ultra-modern destination for dining, events, and entertainment, the Republic Event Hall brings together multiple food & beverage concepts and world-class event spaces under one roof. Situated in the very center of Tbilisi—next to the renowned Radisson Blu Hotel and just steps from Rustaveli Metro Station—the venue is ideally placed in one of the city’s most vibrant tourist districts.

The building, with a total area of approximately 6,000 m², features:

Basement floor – housing the main MEP hubs and technical areas

Ground floor – restaurants and exposition spaces

Upper floors – multipurpose event halls

Rooftop terrace – with a panoramic fine-dining restaurant overlooking the city

SAXON was responsible for the complete MEP design, covering all mechanical and electrical systems of the building. Our scope also included on-site coordination during construction, as well as the preparation of detailed execution drawings and coordination layouts, ensuring seamless integration of all building systems.
